These terms govern your use of the Alluvi Healthcare website and any order you place with us. They are written in plain English; if anything is unclear, contact us before ordering.

1. Who we are

2. Age requirement: 18 and over

You must be at least 18 years old to use this website or place an order. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 or over. We refuse orders from anyone under 18 and may cancel any order where we have reason to believe this is not the case.

3. Research use only

All products supplied by Alluvi Healthcare are research compounds supplied strictly for laboratory and scientific research purposes only. They are not medicines licensed by the MHRA or any other regulator, and they are not intended for human or animal consumption, medical, diagnostic, therapeutic, cosmetic, or veterinary use. No product on this website makes any medicinal claim.

By placing an order, you confirm that you understand this, that you are qualified and equipped to handle research materials safely, and that you accept full responsibility for handling, storage, use and disposal in line with the law and good laboratory practice.

4. Placing an order

Orders are placed through our quick-order form. No card is taken at checkout. Submitting an order sends us your details and the items requested. We then email you a confirmation with our bank details and your order reference.

You must provide accurate details, including a valid delivery address, email and phone number. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you supply.

5. Payment by bank transfer

All orders are paid by bank transfer (BACS). Your order is prepared for dispatch only once payment has been received in full in our account. Always quote your order reference when you pay so we can match your payment quickly. We do not accept card payments and never process card details on this website.

6. Prices, VAT and delivery charges

Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Cold-chain delivery is £5.95 per order; orders over £150 qualify for free delivery. Prices and product availability may change without notice. The price shown at the point your order is confirmed is the price charged.

7. Order acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept your order when we send your confirmation email, at which point a contract is formed. We may decline or cancel an order where stock is unavailable, where payment is not received, where we cannot fulfil it safely, or where we have reasonable grounds to refuse (including restrictions on the substances ordered in your area).

8. Delivery

Orders dispatch once payment clears. Orders received before 3pm are dispatched the same working day, sent by Royal Mail in insulated, refrigerated packaging. Full details including timescales, tracking and the cold chain are on our Delivery page, which forms part of these terms.

9. Refunds and returns

Because our products are temperature-sensitive, sealed research materials, we do not accept returns, and no refunds are issued once an order has been dispatched. You may cancel free of charge any time before payment clears. Transit damage, cold-chain failure and wrong-item claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. 10. Product information and lab testing

Every batch is verified by independent third-party testing, and batch COAs are available on request. Statements marked with an asterisk (*) on this website are informational only and have not been evaluated by the MHRA. Product pages describe composition, strength and storage. They are not instructions for use in humans.

11. Your legal responsibilities

You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws relating to the acquisition, possession, handling and import of the compounds you order. Some controlled substances require specific authorisation in the UK; it is your responsibility to confirm what applies to you before ordering.

12. Liability

We supply products strictly for research use. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for any loss, damage, injury or expense arising from any use of our products outside their stated research purpose, including use by any person who breaches these terms. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

13. Website content

All content on this website (text, images, branding, logos) belongs to Alluvi Healthcare or its licensors. You may not copy, republish, or reuse it without our written permission.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page applies to any order placed at the time of that order.

15. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes are subject to the courts of England and Wales.
