Same-day dispatch before 3pm
Orders received and paid before 3pm are dispatched the same working day. Orders received after 3pm, at weekends, or on bank holidays are dispatched on the next working day. Orders are dispatched once your bank transfer has cleared. Dispatch day is the day payment lands in our account.
Sent by Royal Mail, tracked
All parcels are sent by tracked Royal Mail delivery across the UK. Where tracking is available for your service, we email you tracking information as soon as the parcel is despatched, so you can follow it to your door.
The cold chain: 2°C–8°C
Every order travels in insulated, refrigerated packaging with cool packs to keep contents between 2°C and 8°C from our doors to yours. On receipt: open the parcel promptly, check the packs, and store all products in a refrigerator (2°C–8°C) straight away. Never freeze. Do not use a product if the packaging arrives damaged or the packs have gone warm, see our Refunds & Returns policy for the 48-hour damage claim route.
Delivery charges
- Cold-chain delivery: £5.95 per order (insulated, refrigerated packaging).
- Free delivery on orders over £150.
- UK mainland delivery typically arrives within 1–3 working days of dispatch.
- Remote Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland may take longer; we plan dispatch times accordingly.
